Argumentative essays are great for articles because they have an opinion and a format. I recently used an argumentative essay to write an article about requeening bees. It was great fun, and online you can find formats for this easily. Here are the basics;
1. A one sentence thesis.
2. Body of “for” and “against.”
3. Conclusion with recap.
